Returned products must include the original accessories and packaging, where reasonably possible. Returns of used hearing devices may be subject to hygiene-related restrictions where permitted by applicable law. These restrictions do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Refunds
